Policies
To
ensure the best viewing experience for your fellow patrons, we insist on no talking or phone use during our films.
Screenland reserves the right to ask patrons to leave without a refund if they continue to disturb others.
All tickets are general admission unless otherwise
noted. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 30 minutes early for the best possible
seating options.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Age Policy
To ensure the best movie experience for all
guests, children under the age of 6 will not be allowed to any PG-13 or R Rated films. All ages are
welcome to G and PG screenings until 6pm. After 6pm, No Children Under 10 admitted, regardless of
rating.
Refund Policy
Tickets, once purchased, may be
eligible for refund or exchange in person only at the box office. If you have a free Rewards
account you can exchange or refund your own tickets or claim a theater credit for future use. If the theater
has to cancel a show, a credit for future use will be issued. To do this login to your account and access
your tickets, and begin the refund process.
Tickets cannot be refunded via email or over
the phone.
Passes are valid for 60 days after the original
showtime. After a showtime has passed, tickets are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
For special shows and events, all sales are final
